You will need a physical copy of Hexplore It to use this app.
Welcome to the Hexplore It Companion App Beta. This initial release of the app is focused primarily on stat tracking and you should be able to use the app as a replacement for writing on the Hero Board for most situations. Hexplore It is a complex game, so there are still many rules and situations that we don't have implemented in the app, but we are actively working to provide support for more of these. Please feel free to share what you do and don't like about the app and be sure to point out any bugs that you encounter.
Our mission was to make a tool that makes playing Hexplore It frictionless. We've tried to provide convenience tools that can automate some of the more tedious parts of record keeping without creating situations that force you to follow the rules in a way that the dry erase board wouldn't. Thats why you will find things like a button that sells back your gear upgrades. We know the rules don't allow you to sell gear upgrades, but we also know that when you go shopping with a massive pile of gold you may need a convenient way to change your mind about what you have purchased while in town. This is all to say, just because you can do something in the app doesn't mean we are rewriting the rules for how to play Hexplore It, and on the flip side if you find some of our automation is causing you unnecessary frustration please let us know.

+ Inventory Management, includes shop lists with item descriptions and automatic gold deductions during purchasing.
+ The Hero's Journal, an in app way to take quick notes or a photo for future reference.

+ Improved Support for The Forests of Adrimon including Grove Currency Tracking

2 things would love to see. 1. A no cost choice in the item shops. 2. The ability to name your party. Other than that, great tool for keeping track, way less costant writing and erasing on boards. If I were to ask for a third thing, include all info on the roles. I've noticed if they have an ability that's not of the 4 ability stats it does not show it. For example Artificer upgrade ability.

On track to be very useful. Still a way to go though. Main thing stopping me from using it atm are mainly on the items screen. It's very slow to load up in the first place, and there is nothing to show that it is currently loading the screen. Also, you cannot tell it to ignore your gold - if you don't have enough gold, you cannot buy it. This stops you quickly setting up a character with items. Ignores the cheaper prices of items in cities. Lastly, can't see how many items you already have

Using the app as a main way of tracking Valor between games. It worked well until some update ago when all the different valors became jumbled between games and between expansion ans non expansion content. It also seems that, the for example SoS valor are not the same in the app as in the rule book. Except this error i have no bad thing to say about the app. It is easy to navigate, has nice game music it if the valor saving would work it would be great. I have not tried the other functions yet
